Shipping policy

All sales are final. In the case that an incorrect item is sent, please contact us at mgmt@therealestk.com.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect and/or invalid shipping address provided by the customer, that customer is responsible for paying for the shipping to have the package ship a second time. Please double check your address at checkout before placing your order.

For pre-orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing, production, and shipping. If an item is a pre-order, it is stated as such in the product's description.
